Instructions: 1). Pay on line for consultation, and schedule a 30 minute pre-test appointment with genetic counselor. 2). Client will receive a recommendation for genetic test panels to order. An invoice will be sent to client and a test kit mailed to the home. 3). Client will schedule a 30 minute post test with genetics counselor to review the test results
